Since its inception in 2018, Carabao Express has seen huge success with its Filipino Food Trailer located on E 6th Street.  Due to an overwhelming demand,  as of November 2019 Carabao Express food trailer will now focus on offering its Food Trailer for private events and festivals throughout Austin and Travis County.
